We offer 15 day returns for an item that gets damaged while using within 15 calendar days from the order date includes with the receipt.
Our Return Policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you order the item, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer any returns on underwear, lingerie, lipstick, make-up kit, swim-wear items or hair remover items.
For skin allergic reactions after using our item, please return the item and be prepared with the details and with the medical certificate from a hospital or doctor. After which, the refund will be processed if we receive the returned products and with medical certificate.

Once our Quality Control group has evaluated the returned item, we will aim to process the new item replacement of your returned item free of charge within 2 calendar days.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all items defective on delivery (the date you received the item). We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. If your order arrived damaged, please attach a video for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.
